Wilbert Bucio Ramos
P.E. Teacher
As a first-year educator, I am thrilled to bring my passion and dedication to the RJA community. I hold a Master’s degree in Education and a teaching credential from The University of Redlands, which has prepared me to create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment. My background includes coaching flag football, where I successfully led my team to the finals in their inaugural year, as well as integrating technology like ClassDojo to foster communication and engagement in the classroom.
Outside of work, I enjoy maintaining an active lifestyle and am currently training for my third marathon. I also love reading short stories, caring for my small family of pets, which includes a tortoise, and a whole pack of dogs, and contributing to my neighborhood through acts of kindness and support.
What excites me most about joining RJA is the shared commitment to equity, innovation, and student success. I admire the creativity and resilience of my students and the dedication of my fellow educators. My goal is to inspire students to embrace their unique strengths, develop perseverance, and thrive academically and personally. I am proud to contribute to the REAL Journey mission and look forward to growing alongside this amazing community.
