Kellie Toon

I have had a wonderful time teaching lower elementary classes for the past 6 years. I am currently teaching second grade, and loving it! Prior to teaching second grade, I taught third and first grade. I have also been in the school for the past 10 years, working in all different positions on campus. I received my graduate degree from California Baptist University, and my undergraduate degree from California State University, Northridge. I plan to be teaching in lower elementary classes until I retire. 

 

In my spare time, you will find me with my family, enjoying life, and doing the things that help us relax. We go hiking, working out, golfing, or just being with family. 

 

iEmpire Academy students are always striving to excel in their education. I always see students wanting to do better and trying to understand how to achieve their goals. It has been wonderful working with these students and learning something from them as well. These students are always looking to connect with their community and engage to be lifelong learners.
