  Hello Team,

Below are the logistics for the upcoming 5th grade field trip. Once permissions slips are turned in, the office will create groups assigned to each staff member and chaperone (office staff working on confirming parent volunteers from our volunteers list as we speak).

Staff Attending: Niki, Lizette, Rigo, Julio, Victoria
Parent Chaperones (TBD- Being confirmed by office)

Field Trip Logistics

Leave Campus: 6:30am

Arrive to Observatory: Approx. 8:45am

Tour/Activities: 9:00am - 12:00pm

Free Exploration 12:00pm - 12:30pm

Lunch (sack lunches provided) : 12:30pm - 1:00pm

Leave Venue/Return to Campus: 1:10 pm

Return to Campus: Approx. 3:45pm
